Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering and PMP Certification.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.
Architectural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.
Interior Designer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.
Land Surveyor:
- Technical Diploma in Survey Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous GCC/KSA countries' experience is mandatory.
• Applicants must have experience in hazard management for Buildings, Villas, and confined space safety.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Work closely with project and design teams to meet technical requirements.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
• Previous GCC/KSA countries' experience is mandatory.
