Nesaj Projects Management Company is excited to announce several openings and invite qualified candidates to join our dynamic team for our mega building projects in Saudi Arabia.

POSITIONS

- Project Manager
- CIVIL Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- Architectural Engineer
- Interior Designer
- Quantity Surveyor
- Land Surveyor

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.

Architectural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.

Interior Designer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.

Land Surveyor:

• Technical Diploma in Survey Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Building / Villa projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous GCC/KSA countries’ experience is mandatory.
• Applicants must have experience in hazard management for Buildings, Villas, and confined space safety.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and have a transferable Iqama.
• Work closely with project and design teams to meet technical requirements.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
