Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Graduate Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in MEP construction and overseeing site execution, daily progress, and interface with all trades
Project Engineer - Electrical:
- Graduate Engineering Degree in Electrical or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in electrical/ELV systems within MEP construction.
Project Engineer - Mechanical:
- Graduate Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in MEP construction and site execution, and installation of mechanical systems.
Site Engineer - Electrical:
- Graduate Engineering Degree in Electrical or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in supervising the installation and commissioning of LV systems, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, BMS, and other ELV systems.
Site Engineer - Mechanical:
- Graduate Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in supervising the installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and LPG systems.
Draughtsman - MEP:
- Graduate Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in preparing detailed MEP shop drawings based on approved IFC drawings.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be fluent in Reading and spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates should have experience in the MEP Construction industry.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
