Shade Corporation Limited announces the following vacancies for its new construction project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
JOB POSITIONS

    • Project Manager
    • Construction Manager
    • Cost Control Engineer
    • Senior Mechanical Engineer
    • Quantity Surveyor
    • Recruitment Specialist
    • Recruitment Officer 
    • Onboarding Officer  

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and PMP certification preferred. 
15 years of experience in the same role, and 4 years as a Project Manager.
Experience in roads, tunnels, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure.

Construction Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
13 years of experience in the same role, and 7 years in road construction management.
Proficient in road construction methods, materials, and safety practices. 

Cost Control Engineer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
7 years experience in the same role.
Experienced in the construction field with Aramco projects.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
12 years experience in the same role, and 5 years as a Mechanical Engineer.
Experienced in (FireFighting and Plumbing).

Quantity Surveyor:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
5 years in cost estimating and contract administration.
Experienced in Cost planning, control, and bill of quantities preparation. 

Recruitment Specialist:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
7 years of experience in the same role.
Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network for talent acquisition.

Recruitment Officer:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in the same role.
Understanding of HR policies, compliance, recruitment strategies, sourcing, and interviewing techniques.

Onboarding Officer:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 years of experience in the same role, and 2 years in onboarding or HR roles.
Understanding of HR policies and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Candidates must have Strong leadership and communication skills.
Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
