Qualification & Experience:
Estimation Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related degree. At least 10 or more years of experience in Construction Cost Estimation, preferably in commercial and residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidate must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• Candidate Must have experience in MEP & Building Construction Projects.
• For managerial roles, experience in leading a team is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
