GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 10 – 15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

Senior QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical):

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

Site Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

QA/QC Inspector:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

Land Surveyor:

• ITI Certificate, Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building and Villa projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in High-rise Building & Villa projects.
• Candidates should be Strategic thinkers with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
