Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Project Management Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in project planning for fit-out and interiors.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of quality assurance/control experience in fit-out projects.

Estimator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural / Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of estimating experience in interior and fit-out projects.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of cost estimation and BOQ preparation experience in interior projects.

MEP Coordinator:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in MEP coordination for fit-out works.

Safety Officer:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma / NEBOSH / IOSH certification required.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in HSE supervision within interior and fit-out works.

Site Engineer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in interior and fit-out project execution.

Draftsman:

Diploma in Civil / Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in detailed interior and fit-out drawings.

Site Foreman:

Technical Diploma or Certification in Civil / Interior Works.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience supervising interior and fit-out activities.

Documents Controller:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of document control experience in construction or fit-out companies.

• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a valid Saudi driving license.
• Candidates must have Interior and Fit-out Construction project experience.
• Must have a transferable IQAMA, and be ready to relocate within the KINGDOM.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
