Bayaty Architects is looking for technical professionals to fill the following vacancies below for our Civil/Structural projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- Civil Inspector
- Architect Inspector

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Civil Inspector:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience with an Engineering Consultancy background.
• Must have experience in inspecting contractor’s work in line with project drawings and specifications, aware of QA/QC procedures, aware of HSE plan, verifying payments, and aware of all related construction site operations.

Architect Inspector:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience with an Engineering Consultancy background.

Responsibilities:

• To implement all aspects of the quality management system and control site supervision activities related to the Architectural works across the project.
• Perform general architectural works including solving site architectural matters, site visits, and inspections, and prepare related reports.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, reports, RFI’s, etc. submitted by the Main Contractor and Subcontractor.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Assist senior engineers with limited portions of project supervision as per senior’s directions.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
