Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ pre-contract experience.
- Must have previous experience in preparing BOQ and cost estimates.
Duties include:
a. Review project documents (Employer requirements, plans, specifications, etc.) to understand the project requirements for Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQ.
b. Assist in preparing Cost planning/estimation for the various design stages.
c. Make sure that all cost and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order according to the company procedures and policies.
d. To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective service from pre-contract to handover.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Assist senior engineers with limited portions of project estimation as per senior’s directions.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
