Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university,
- 15+ years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university,
- 15+ years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Planning Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university,
- 15+ years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university,
- 12 - 15 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Structural Site Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university,
- 12 - 15 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university,
- 12 - 15 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle East and Global projects will be preferred.
