Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university,
- 12 - 15 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Planning Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university,
- 12 - 15 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
QA/QC Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university,
- 12 - 15 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Resident Engineer - Structure:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university,
- 10 - 12 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Resident Engineer - Fit-out:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering from a recognized university,
- 10 - 12 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.

Safety Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university, NEBOSH Certification.
- 10 - 12 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 10 - 12 years of Supervision experience with Consultant Supervision Firms in large-scale construction projects particularly High-rise buildings and Tower projects, and at least the last 3 years in KSA in similar projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent overall communication skills, English language skills, and Engineering terminology.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates must have High-Rise experience, otherwise, the CV will be neglected.
