Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years experience in Structural Engineering background.
Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Structural Engineering background.
Planning Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Planning & in the Construction Industry.
Architect:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Fit-Out & Interior Design.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in medium & low current electrical projects.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC, Sprinkler Networks, Plumbing, and Building Mechanical Works.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be a Saudi Driving License holder.
• Candidates should have experience in MEP and Infrastructure works.
• Only those residents in the kingdom who have transferable Iqama should apply.
