Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Architectural Design Manager:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in architectural design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-quality architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop design strategies and oversee the development of design concepts, presentations, and construction documents.
- Review design work to ensure that it meets project objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Senior Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on high-rise towers, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from start to finish.
- Design and analyze high-rise towers, residential, and industrial projects.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Review and provide feedback on the work of junior engineers and drafters.
- Utilize advanced engineering principles to create innovative and efficient design solutions.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or a related field. Minimum of 05 years of experience in project planning and scheduling. Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software.
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be fluent in Reading & Spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in reviewing and providing feedback on the work of junior engineers.
• Candidates should have experience in high-rise towers, residential, and industrial projects.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
